How to upload India Localized Taxes Migration Open balances

Dear Friends,

Can anyone suggest me, how to upload India Localized Open Balances for Service Tax, TDS,TCS, VAT etc.

I am implementing India Financial first time, so I am not aware about the replication if I will use some work around in place of some seeded functionality.

Please suggest.
