How to Quickly Find Relevant KM Documents (and Fixes) on My Oracle Support?

The GCS strives to share its knowledge and expertise with all our customers. We have the accumulated knowledge of many GCS engineers and customers on the My Oracle Support Knowledge Management database. But how can you quickly find a posted KM document that is directly relevant to your site issue?
Search Top 10 Tips & Tricks


1. If the issue relates to a batch process, search on the process name (not its full title!). Examples: ARUPDATE, AR_AGING, etc. This is because the process name will most likely be in the KM Document Title, and a major keyword in the KM Dictionary, hence will be top of the list of search results.
