[Payment Predictor]: PS_PAYMENT_ID_ITEM.CUST_ID cannot be NULL for a VALID detailed item reference.

Question 

A question was received through an SR in which we discussed about the Payment Predictor (#DTL_TLR algorithm) not applying payments when PS_PAYMENT_ID_ITEM.CUST_ID field is brought in as NULL by AR_PAYLOAD process. 

Posting the response here for the consumption of this content for the other Payment Predictor customers in this Community.
