Unable to Cache Active Directory Schema on the PS Directory Interface

 Currently, we can authenticate PS User IDs against Active Directory
using LDAP Single Sign On. We now want the ability to update fields in
selected records in PS to be communicated to AD in real time for any User ID through
the PS Directory Interface.
The issue is under Directory Configurations
( i.e. Enterprise Components > Directory Interface >Directory Configurations )
the 'Test Connectivity' tab goes to 'SUCCESS' for both the Bind and Search Tests,
but when we try to Cache Schema, the process runs to success in Process Monitor, yet no schema is populated on the 'Schema Management' tab.
