[Collections Workbench]: Collections Workbench only works in first session window
Hello Customers,
Are you implementing FSCM 9.1 and trying to use Collections Workbench for the first time, the following note is a MUST READ for you.
Navigation: Accounts Receivable, Customer Accounts, Collections Workbench -
This component works fine when accessing it as within the first window of your session. However, if you have opened another browser window (with the delivered PIA New Window link) during your session and go to the Collections Workbench, you cannot change the level 1 grids (Items, Payments, Aging, etc.).
Clicking on each of the tabs tries to initiate some javascript, but the browser doesn't execute the javascript and instead shows 'Error on Page' in the lower left corner of the browser.
