unable to trace notification from workflow item REQAPPRV (PO Requisition Approval)

Hi Oracle Technical Gurus,

We are trying to trace a notification from workflow item REQAPPRV (PO Requisition Approval).

You know when a purchase requisition is submitted to approver, the approver may ask question back to the preparerer.

The notification the preparer receives starts with subject "More Information Request...".

We are unable to find exactly from where in REQAPPRV this notification is being sent out. Can you please help us.
