[Credit Cards] Is there a possibility to Refund Credit Card Payment

We received this question thru the SR, and are sharing it here in the community for other users to benefit from.

 

QUESTION:

 

Customer claims that the incorrect credit card was charged and would like the money refunded back to this credit card and then pay the invoice using a different card. How is this process done?
