PS - AR 9.1 - Cannot see Bank Code and Bank Account lookup values on

 While creating online payment/deposit in PS AR, (Navigation: AR > Payments > Online Payments > Regular Deposit) not able to see Bank code and Bank account lookup values on 'Totals' page. 

Table set control id: FS_39 is pointing correctly to the set id where bank's were created and no issues in Payables (AP).

Page: PAYMENT_DATA1; Component: PAYMENT_ENTRY;

Thoughts/suggestions are welcome.
