odac 11.2.0.1.2 and .net 4 support issues

Hi all,

I've just downloaded odac 11.2.0.1.2 with .net 4 support support. Installing this verson I've realized that the support is not so good or may be I'm wrong with the installation's steps to follow. When I install it it will create some lines in the machine.config under   framework 4. So far so good. But looking at the assembly path the new dlls are not in the gac. Both dlls with versions 4.112.1.2 are not under windows/sassembly and when I try to gac them manually it doesn't work. Is there any work around? I remember something with another versions and I have to run a command
