Open Notifications Summary

 Hi, One of our user is getting a " Open Notifications Summary" email even when she doesn't have any notifications, for eg.,

From   Type   Subject   Sent   Due   Priority   Notification Id
---------------------------------------------------------------




How can we get rid of this email when she has no notification?
