Pre-delinquent strategies at Account level in R12 not assigned

 We have pre-delinquent and delinquent strategies setup at Account level in our current implementation - however, the Pre-delinquent strategies are not being selected by the Strategy Management program.  We have made sure that our transactions and accounts have been scored correctly - they are definately scoring and coming up as predelinquent.  However, the actual strategies are not been assigned.  Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

Orace development are currently looking at this, but surely this must be a fairly common requirement so I would be surprised if I was the first person to find this issue?  Any help appreciated.
