SSO User login

I added a new user using oidadmin for test purpose and it is similar to the orcladmin user. Now I wanted to use this user to login via sso to the OID Admin login but it does not identify this user. However I am able to login to oidadmin using this new user. How am I supposed to login using SSO with this user? Do I need to change this user's attributes or am I logging incorrectly?
