Error detection fields in the Logon Manager ESSO-LM

Good day friends,

I have a query about the component of the suite of ESSO, I have an application in Oracle Forms v4.5 on windows xp, when trying to configure the application in the administration console of the Logon Manager, I only detects the first field and the other not, someone can help me with this issue.
The application I have is similar to sqlplus in oracle where they enter the three fields (username, password and connection string).
Building on the theme anyone has seen how to configure applications MDI Logon Manager ESSO-LM
