Workflow Error after "Delegate" to another approver:

 Hi, One of the workflow is in "Error" status and the activity is "Update Action History (Approve)".
The error is:
Failed Activity Update Action History (Approve) Activity Type Function Error Name -6512 Error Message ORA-06512: at line Error Stack Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PO_APPROVAL_LIST_WF1S.UPDATE_ACTION_HISTORY_APPROVE, MCREQAPP, 293019-276342, 197468, RUN


The workflow was delegated to another approver.
