Surcharge on TCS

 Hi,

We are using APPS 11.5.10.2 with India Localization. I have one case where in the scrap that we are selling surcharge is not applicable on the TCS. We have shipped material from Order Management and while importing the invoice from the AR interface we are getting error

"p_process_message := 'Cannot complete invoice as surcharge is applicable however TCS Surcharge tax is not found on the document'

How to import such transaction?
