Return Sales Order and Service Tax

Hi,
I am creating a manual Sales Order as per India Localization procedure. Based on setup system automatically applied the applicable taxes.
Then we create AR invoices along with Service Tax.

Now I am making a return sales Order in similar manner and providing the Invoice/ Sales Order Reference in return Tab.
However system is not applying taxes on the same.

Can you help what exactly I am missing.

We are not doing any shipping Transaction and return line type is credit only.
