RMS - Stock counts

Hi,

  In retail, store resources are an issue. Getting resources to work overtime is a very costly affair. So, stock counts of particular brand/departments are happening in daytime. For example, one shelf of Shampoo can be counted within an hour at lean time of business. So, RMS gets sales, stock data and other data to be processed for a day. This is playing havoc with our stock count process because they are all time based. Any ideas anyone on solving this?
