ASCP Workbench PO Release updates

Hello,

When using the 11.5.9 ASCP Workbench to make changes to Purchase Order Releases it appears we are able to change the Need by Date but not the Imp Qty Rate. Within the WB all appears to be fine, I can change the date and the qty, save, release (the recommendation on the line is to reschedule in or out). When you look over on our source instance only the date change has been reflected on the updated PO Release.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal behavior?
