How to deploy Oracle alerts?

 Hello,

      I've completed the Oracle event alerts in the development enviroment, and now I am ready to release them to production. However, the environment is controled by the DBA, and I do not have the "Alert Manager" in it. Is there a way to deploy the alerts from instance to instance? (Which I do not have to re-create it manually) Please advise....
