Unable to sync from AD2008 to OID 10.1.4.3.0

 Hi,
I have tested sync between OID 10.1.2.3.0 and AD 2008 server and it worked perfectly - the sync is OK between OID 10.1.2.3.0 and AD 2008.

Now my application needs to upgrade to use OID 10.1.4.3.0.

I installed Oracle OID 10.1.4.3.0. After setup DIP using DIPTESTER as per Metalink Document ID 306102.1, I'm able to import from AD to OID using bootstrap. However, after starting OID server for synchronization, there is no sync between OID and AD. I mean after creating a new user in AD, this new user cannot be sync to OID.

Any idea how to fix it?
