Error loading screen the latest release and change of password at ESSO-PR

Good day everyone,
I have a problem with the console ESSO-Password Reset
Enrolled user after answering the questions on the last screen to appear should unlock options account or password reset aparace however this error message:

Server Error in '/ vGOSelfServiceReset / ResetClient' Application
Runtime Error


Can someone give me a hand with this.
