Wrong excise duty Calculation

   Hi Srinivas,

I am facing problem in excise duty calculation for example:-

User has created one order with the 60 qty against item X and item value is 188.79 after that he is attached taxes like:-

1) Excise duty @10% ( excise duty upon basic value)

2) Cess @2%      (cess upon excise duty)

3) Sh. Cess@1% (sh cess upon excise)

So based on above condition our total order value is :- 11327.40

So Excise duty would be :- 1133 (rounding value is zero against excise duty)

Cess would be :- 23 (rounding value is zero against cess)

Sh cess would be:- 11 (rounding value is zero against sh cess)
