Does any body know how to stop store to store transfers being rejected in the RIB if the item_loc st

 Hi, we have a problem where by any store to store transfers or store to depot returns ASNOUT messages are rejected on the RMS side of the RIB with the error 'Cannot find matching locations for inventory flow' if the item_loc status of he item being transferred is not 'A'

Does anybody know if this a configuration issue or the reason why this happens ?
