ESSP-PR support systems in Windows 7

Good day friends,
I have a query, install a scenario ESSO-Password Reset and when installing the agent on Windows 7 I do not see the area for the use of the component as shown in windows xp or windows server.
I can do in this case ...?

On the other hand there is also an order to install these components in a windows xp that was installed agent ESSO - Logon Manager ESSO install the agent, Password Reset and restart after Winodws xp pc and trying to enter configured applications no longer carried the agent ESSO-Logon Manager.
A to be the problem ...?
