ESSO-Anywhere agent 11.1.1.1.1.1.0

hi,

We have created a virtual directory for the ESSO-Anywhere agent which contains applications configured with ESSO-LM

Using Windows 2008 and Windows 7, we entered the virtual directory and installed the agent ESSO-Anywhere.

Attempting to start the agent ESSO-Anywhere, after install on these operating systems, no answer and does not start the agent.

Is there some incompatibility problem with these operating systems?
Is there a patch available?
