problem trying to extend the schema (ESSO--Password Reset)

I have a problem trying to extend the schema when I install the ESSO-Password Reset.
Here the message when I send the data to make the extension.

 Error saving changes: Error extending schema: 0x10

 Error saving changes: Error extending schema: 0x32

 Error saving changes: Error extending schema: 0x33
