Error using .pfx file in ESSO-Anywhere

Friends, I have a problem trying to generate the deployment ESSO-Anywhere.
When I select the file .pfx I created the server certificates I get an error.

When I use the file .pfx brings Anywhere installer generates the deployment without any problem.

Any suggestions
