Problems configuring web application console ESSO-Logon Manager

Good day
I have problems creating the template in the console of the ESSO-Logon Manager of my web application developed with oracle forms services (OFM 11g).
When I enter the URL of the application fields are not detected by the configuration wizard Web applications.
