How to send Dunning Letter through Scoring,

Hi,

I am trying to achive dunnign functionality through strategy work item in 11.5.10. I want to send the dunning letter to printer for delinquent bill_to. I see that it can be achived through the below workflow's. Can any one help me with the document that will tell me the complete setup that is required to achive this.
