ESSO-Anywhere in win7 in spanish language

I try to install ESSO-Anywhere on Windows7 (from a shared folder), but there is an error with OnDemand application and the installation fails.

for this my operating system  is in Spanish, but when the operating system is installed in English, everything works fine.
