How to Request, or Vote for, an Enhancement to Delivered System Functionality?
Naturally, you may have logged an SR (or planning to), but the widest 'audience' and support would come from the Community. Usually, when a customer logs an SR and it turns out to be an enhancement, the GSS engineer may (with customer permission) log an Enhancement Request (technically called an ICE, the 'E' is for Enhancement) with our Development team, who would then evaluate the request in cooperation with other teams (e.g. product strategy). The more customers who request an Enhancment, the higher its priority.
So, exercise your right and vote!
Recently, we have also been publishing Knowledge Documents (MOS Knowledge) containing requested enhancments. You are most welcome to add a Comment to the KM Document (when you find it) or, better still, post here in the Community (ref the KM Doc ID or the ICE# for other users reference).
