Hostname change

We have a sparc/solaris host , running 2 databases and an ASM instance. The hostname needs to be changed because of the network merge. The databases and the host is monitored using OEM.
Please let me know what steps need to be performed so that the ASM + database instances come up fine after the hostname change. Also how can we change the hostname on the OMS agent and server side.
