1099 fix for 2010 - can't see new State Income Field

 In App Designer, We can see the new "State Income" field on the VNDR_GBL_OPT_SEC page but not the VNDR_1099_OPT_SEC page.   Should the new field also be on the "VNDR_1099_OPT_SEC page?

ISSUE description:

I am not able to see the new "State Income" field on the Vendor Location - Withholding sub-page.

Navigation: Vendors, Vendor Information, Vendor, Location page, 1099 link.

My "Display Withholding Option"  is set to "1099".

Navigation: Setup Fin/SC, Product Related, Procurement Options, Vendors, Set Controls - vendor.
