EXPORT OUTPUT NOT WORKING (Unable to export file to excel form)

Hi, 

We have encountered error while we were exporting a file into excel form.

1.) When selecting File/Export, the data appears to export but the dialog box (to Open or Save) never appears.
2.) The transfer pop up briefly flashes(showing the progress of exporting).

Can anyone assist us.
