Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I read in Metalink that Retroactive pricing is available from 11.5.10.2 onwards

if that be the case does India localization work well with it?
