IRSTAX.001 file rejected due to missing Vendor Software Contact Name

 After applying the fix for Report ID 1968468000, the IRSTAX.001 'T' Record file is missing the Vendor Software Contact Name in positions 650-689.  The IRS has rejected the file due to this missing value. Report ID 2035093000 addresses this issue and is currently being reviewed by development.
