1099 question regarding new Oracle Contact information for text fiile

I just reviewed the "Get you Copy B's out in Time" for PS Enterprise 1099 Updates  for 2010 webinar and one of the enhancements noted is Oracle Contact phone number in the IRS text file. (Contact Details in T record.)

Can someone please confirm the correct address and phone number our txt file should contain?
