Installing Forms 11g - Expeditions To Find The Software

 I have been trying to follow the guide on ths following link:
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E12839_01/install.1111/e10421/install.htm

to install Oracle forms 11g. I just want forms, but it appears that in these days of disrecting peoples time Oracle also takes great joy in making things overly complicated. I am supposed to be doing a proof of concept in forms but so far I have spent 2 days trying to get the damned thing to install.

Is there anywhere a page within the awful Oracle websitye where it links to all teh software required. I am currently trying to find the following software to download:
