Getting these errors in /var/adm/messages

Can anyone explain what are these errors related to?? 

Output attacted.

SunOS XXXX 5.9 Generic_122300-31 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-V440

Output from /var/adm/messages

Dec 11 12:15:12 gujsdp9a ftpd[16732]: [ID 664088 daemon.error] getpeername (in.ftpd): Transport endpoint is not connected
Dec 11 12:15:17 gujsdp9a sshd[29568]: [ID 800047 auth.error] error: accept: Software caused connection abort

Need explaination ASAP.......Thanks in Advance.........
