Automatic User-access-revocation - from E-Business Suite through to OID

Automatic User-access-revocation -
Please suggest a steps to Develop a solution such that
when an assignment ends in [E-Business Suite] HR [end-dated], it
automatically filters through to OID [isEnabled = FALSE], so as
to restrict access to other Oracle Apps.
