SR 3-2735859661: Issues with accessing OIF configuration through Enterprise Manager

 I installed OIF 11.1.1.2.0 with its own database schema on the box and the domain under which OAM 11g 11.1.1.3.0 is running. I chose 'Installed - But Do Not Configure' option for 11.1.1.2.0 OIF, then applied IDM patch '9585609' to upgrade OIF to 11.1.1.3.0 release. After this, I ran 'config.sh' script to only configure OIF as my OID/OVD/Databases are running on separate machines.
After installation and configuration when I access OIF from Enterprise Manager, when navigate to Enterprise Fusion Middleware -> OIF control and select any admin menu, we see following error:

"Configuration settings are unavailable because /Farm_oamdomain/oamdomain/wls_oif1/OIF(11.1.1.2.0) is down"
