Change Assistant Settings validation unsuccesful

 Hi,

When i run the change assistant settings validation, the log has 2 unsuccesful completions as specified below.

(Step 7) Pinging Metalink
Pinging psft-updates.oracle.com
Error encountered trying to ping psft-updates.oracle.com (Metalink)
In order for Change Assistant to function properly, it requires connectivity to psft-updates.oracle.com
To assist debugging, this is the output while trying to ping psft-updates.oracle.com
