OIM 11g Exception while openning "Manage Sheduled Tasks tab"

 HI all, we have installed OIM 11g in the following configuration:

1.       Intel Xeon E5520 @ 2.27GHz/4Gb RAM

2.       Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise (x64)

3.       Java 6.0 Update 23 64

4.       Weblogic Server 10.3.3

5.       SOA Suite 11.1.1.3.0

6.       Oracle Identity Manager 11.1.1.3.0


When we logon as xelsysadm and open page "Advanced Administration" (http/dns-name:port/oim/faces/pages/Admin.jspx)
we've got error "java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException" trying open link "Manage Sheduled Tasks"

OIM_Server Logs:
