1099 Processing for 2010

 Hello - we are in the middle of our 1099 process and have a question regarding sales tax and discounts.  We believe that the 1099able amount listed on the 1099 withhold to send detail report should be exactly what we paid to the vendor.  The total on this report does not include sales tax and discounts taken.  Please let me know if anyone has any ideas or resolutions.......or if we are correct.. Thank you in advance!
