Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to Create a Custom Workflow using Approval Framework?

We are planning to create a custom workflow for Refunds in 9.1 FSCM using Approval Framework Workflow.

Let me know if any one has a document that lists out steps to create a custom Workflow Process from the scratch.
