hp webjetadmin and Solaris 10

Has anybody used hp web jetadmin 8.1 with Solaris 10?

I have setup hp web jetadmin on a windows xp server.  I have downloaded the HPUX-Solaris component and when I try to connect to my Solaris server, I put in the root password and a message says rexec is not installed on the remote server.

I don't really want to use rexec.  Does anybody know a workaround.
