Error while cancelling an active promotion

 Hello all,

I m getting the below error when trying to cancel an active promotion.

com.retek.platform.exception.RetekUnknownSystemException: Unable to process the price event at this time due to data being locked by another price event.
    exception id: 1296731510574

Any help resolving this error is greatly appreciated.
