 Checks issued from certain banks have to be manually cleared because automatic recon process does not work. After further research it appears that the automatic recon process does not work for checks issued from PeopleSoft. The external transactions has leading 000 but the bank does not. The accounts that do work with the automatic reconciliation process do not have leading zeroes in the external transaction
