Disable possibility to record interactions

Hi,
We are currently implementing advanced collections on 11.5.10 and I would like to completely disable interaction tracking. I have set all the profile options in order not to automatically track anything, but I don't see a means of getting rid of the start (green light) and the stop (red light) interaction menu options. Any Ideas how this can be achieved???
