Service tax problem at the time of saveing

 Hi Exparts,

I am geting problem at the time of saveing service tax to AR TRANSACTION (LOCALIZED) form.

Error is :-

FRM-40509: ORACLE error: unable to UPDATE record.
--------------------------------------------------------------
ORA-20130: Invalid Code combination, please check the Service Tax - Tax Accounting Setup
ORA-06512: at "APPS.JA_IN_APPS_AR_LINES_UPDATE_TRG", line 539
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.JA_IN_APPS_AR_LINES_UPDATE_TRG'
